Fees for service(s) vary depending on the professional, the service, and frequency of service. Service fees are collected at the time of services rendered. 

Awakening, PLLC is a private, self-pay organization: cash, check, and/or debit/credit cards are the accepted payment methods. For mental health counseling services, a superbill is able to be generated for you to submit to your health insurance company to explore reimbursement benefits. Please consult with the clinician providing services for this option. A $30 fee is charged for all returned checks.

At the forefront of its profession, Awakening is a ministry to the community in which we work and live in. Wellness, wholeness, and health is foundational to living a life on purpose and with purpose, in accordance with aligning and attuning to God. No individual will be denied resources and services based on their inability to pay for care. That's why we created reduced fees to supplement the need: reduced fees are available on an as-needed basis. Payment plans are also accepted and available; please consult with your clinician at the beginning of your time together.

If you must cancel an appointment, please do so within a 24-hour notice. If an appointment is cancelled late, that is with less than 24-hour notice, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
